So you wanna come along? You won't regret it!

The first thing to do is to decide if you are wanting single, double or multiple occupancy if you would like me to pair you up with other like minded individuals or if you have a group of three or four.

Choose your room by looking through the photos on the Anamaya Resort website.

Secure your reservation by paying a deposit of 50% of the retreat price either through the resort (they will send you a paypal request email with instructions) or make a cheque payable to Lisa Messina and mail it to:
